This is a relatively open course, with mainly less technical drives (ie: open drives with trees beyond, so you don't have to stress complete accuracy when giving a bit extra on a hard throw). 18 Holes, it is played criss crossing this family-feel park, and is a popular spot for Northern Michigan University students. Provided vandals or bad weather don't tear down signs, there are good descriptions of where the baskets are located, including some diagrams so you don't have to walk all over. There is one 600+ foot drive for you beasts out there as well. Keep an eye out for moms with strollers, parking or moving cars, and houses across the street on holes 2 and 3. Over all, no complaints. |
