Very nice straps! Light weight and comfortable. I use them with a bag carrying 15-20 discs and a 1.5L water bottle, and they fit my shoulders nicely with great shock absorbtion. The strap adjustment buckles sometimes slip a little, but otherwise a solid product. Construction looks/feels solid. (...a buddy has used his year-round for 2.5yrs with no issues)

Gel strapz
I love my gel straps, but... There is a rapidly growing amount of women playing this sport and these straps only come in one size. I have a smaller frame and these straps were obviously made for a man. Although they are adjustable, the straps do not like to stay in the tight position, they are constantly loosening up on me and wanting to fall off my shoulders. I think you should consider making them in a smaller size for women and possibly juniors. Also adding a locking mechanism to the strap adjusters so they don't slide down. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and I will continue to use them until something smaller comes available. My husband loves his, and they fit him perfectly.
