This course plays through a variety of wooded areas, with some holes more open than others. This course offers a few holes with very tight fairways and a multitude of trees as obstacles that can cost you strokes in a hurry. The holes are not tremendously long, but they are difficult through the woods. With that said, the bugs and weeds, including lots of poison ivy/oak can make it sometimes unpleasant to navigate and/or search for lost discs. The course also offers a handful of holes that play out in the open, which provide some variety. A good mix a straight shots, dogleg right, and dogleg left challenge all levels of players and styles of throwing. There are also amateur and pro tee pads available depending on how big of a challenge you are looking for on the day.
