Local legend has it that this used to be a pretty neat little course with tight tree-lined fairways, some longer pulls, and a signature shot under a tunnel. It used to be well maintained and had online maps for navigating the tight turns. However, all that is a thing of the past, thanks to the excellent Ryan Ranch . What was once 18 holes has morphed into a nearly unused (except by the local homeless) 9 hole tragedy. At this point, it's better not to think of it as a course, since there are very few tee boxes left, and no discernible path to follow.
On the plus side, it's going to be completely deserted (except by the local homeless) in the middle of the day on a weekend, so if you're looking for some quick work on your short game, safari style, alone or with a buddy, you're not going to get in the way of any other players. Let's be honest, we can all use a bit of work on our short games.
To sum up: no longer a course, but a decent place for some safari short game work.
