The Scout is a solid mid-range that flies well in the wind. Straight as an arrow (no pun intended), the Scout can also hold other lines you give it. In the heavier weights it will not roll far when it glides to a stop. The only thing for me is that the Scout seems to be a bit shallow in the rim for my long fingers. Nevertheless, it can work for you, as it does for me. If you are looking for that straight, predictable mid, I'd give it a try. |
