I bought these for my wife so she could join me on a regular golf course. My daughter tried them first, and they don't have near the distance for that application. Research shows disc golf courses are roughly 1/3 the distance. Probably fine for that application, but don't expect to throw these 150 yds. I found some rings that will play well on the golf course. Overall, good company to buy from
