This disk is a great backhand disk for long straight drives trough tight spaces where you have obstikles on both sides of you. The grip circles on the botum realy help to make this a very consistant throw. And for sidearm shots this disk is a litle bit less predictable on windy days but you will get about 30 to 40 feet farther
