Description
Lindenwood University is 18 holes that are closed to the public without a student or alumni along with you. This course is about 5550’ from the reds & has water in play on 4 holes. The variety you get comes in the case of about ½ of the course is technical in the woods & ½ is open with distance and the fact that you have uphill & downhill throws to perform. Navigation can be a bit hard going, from hole 3 thru 8 without a guide, but then again, if you are a student or alumni you probably should know the campus.

Customer Reviews
Lindenwood University
Pros: Course offers a good mix of water hazards, heavily wooded, wide open, flat and hilly sections. Lots of shot variety here, water holes favors a right to left shot heavily, but this is counteracted by the wooded shots which favor left to right shots. Some decent length here, some holes over 400' but most range between 250-350'. The front 9 was very fun tight wooded holes that will only get tighter in the summer when the bushes grow in. 4 holes are in play with the lake which is always fun to try to avoid. Great signage and plans for multiple pin placements. Cons: *COURSE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC (ONLY LINDENWOOD STUDENTS/ALUMS ALLOWED) UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!! The front 9 is very close to the dean's new house. Hole 8 is played along the property line of many homes. Course plays along a lot of residential areas (holes 5-8, 9, 11, 14) in which the neighbors might get a little ticked that golfers will be making noise and retrieving discs. There are no garbage/recycle containers, bathroom facilities, or H2O stations. The back 9 is wide open. A couple holes look like they were made long (571') just to get you from one hole to another.
