Very nice park built in a bend in the Wichita River with many trees throughout - well maintained by the city of Wichita Falls. Concrete tee pads with some elevation changes. Requires some accuracy shots. Very nice to walk with your girlfriend, plenty of shade. The park has 2 public restrooms, a large swimming pool, basketball goals, 3 modular playgrounds, 2 sand volleyball courts and 1 concrete volleyball court. There are 5 smaller picnic shelters, 30 individual picnic tables, 34 barbeque grills, 4 drinking fountains, and 86 benches. |
