Meeks Park
City: Blairsville, GA

Year Built: 2005

# of Holes: 18

Multiple Tees / Pins: Yes / No

Course Description:

This is one of my favorite scenic parks I have ever played second only to the majestic Pier Park in Portland, Oregon. Great scenery at Meeks looking out at the mountains and green hills. The course is great too! You will be throwing up and down, hyzer and anny, long drives, and putter tee shots out here. Pretty much even as far as wooded and open holes go. Some longer holes are a lot of fun but the shorter ones are not easy and you often throw through tight gaps. Disc Golf is very well separated from other park activities here in this passive park and the locals enjoy disc golf. The only down side is that the gravel pads are a little too squish at times making footing tough on occasion. Other then that, it is great!

Meeks park
The park has a variety of different challenges. It has many of the holes a wooded and very narrow, but short. The holes in the open are long. One hole is par 5 and another par 6. All the other holes are par 3. There is two tee-boxes on every hole. Every tee-box has gravel in them. There is arrows telling you where every next hole is. Overall it is a good course.
