This course is a must play for any true disc golfer as it provides a variety of interesting holes. There are multiple pin locations for nearly every hole. The first hole starts out requiring you to throw across a large ravine to a basket sitting atop a hill. Hole 2 requires you to throw downhill dogleg left to a basket that is often located in an area surrounded by trees and shrubs, which is just on the other side of a pond. This can become a disc trap so be careful! Hole 3 turns around and throws downhill the opposite direction in a wide-open shot. The rest of the front nine plays fairly long with great elevation changes and a variety of obstacles present. There is even one hole that, when placed in the long pin, it is over 1000 feet! The back nine is very challenging as it plays through the woods. Hole 11 requires you to either a.) find a path to tread across the river or b.) walk up and over the highway to get to the other side, but it is definitely worth it. The holes through the woods are a great challenge for all levels of players, including one hole that tees off atop a huge hill, airing out the disc down to a landing, that then requires you to pitch up to the basket located on top of another hill back into the wooded area. This course is a must play for anyone in the area.
