North Asheboro Park DGC

Go to Asheboro to visit the NC Zoo but do not miss playing North Asheboro Park. This is a fun little track with some open and some wooded holes most of the wooded holes are only moderately wooded. The course is a little hilly but it will not wind you. There is a practice basket to warm up on and rest rooms. This in one of the few courses in the area that uses Chainstar Baskets instead on Innova It is usually not very crowed except on weekends, when a soccer game developments in the fairway of holes 9, 10 , and 11 if you let them know you are there they will stop to let you throw. The tee pads are a little on the short side 4X10. A few of the holes are listed as par 4's but in reality all the holes should be par 3's. If you are in the Asheboro area do not miss this course
