Course Description:
The disc golf course at Pine Grove Middle School is one of the most challenging in the Baltimore area. The suburban setting for the eighteen hole course consists of eleven different baskets; Seven are reused to create a full eighteen hole adventure. Holes one through three, which are beside the baseball and soccer fields, require tight, long drives. The rest of the course is heavily wooded with the exception of holes ten and eleven, which necessitate wide open throws from the top a giant hill. Most tees are marked with wooden posts and consist of worn grass patches. All of the player's techniques will be summoned including straight drives, hyzers, anhyzers, rollers, and most likely some get-out-of-trouble shots. The course can be difficult to navigate without a map, however, there are small white arrows at the bottom of each basket informing players of where the next tee lies.
