Texas State Campus West Park

Located on the beautiful Texas State University - San Marcos Campus, this course is a DGS favorite since Wallace started his disc golf career here! After a couple of redesigns, the course now plays on the edge of campus recreational area. Hole lengths range from short ace runs to long, tough par threes, and hole design ranges from open bombs with few obstacles to tight, technical shots. Elevation! The Texas Hill Country will challenge your patience as many baskets are positioned on hills that can transform a missed putt into a 200 foot comeback! Be careful while school is in session as some of the holes play near sidewalks. Many holes play close to a busy road. Please wait for a break in traffic if you are worried about errant shots. Navigation can be tough but not impossible, look for locals. Parkers beware during school hours.
