West Lake Park (IA)

Very long and difficult layout built with the advanced disc golfer in mind.  There is a lot of water OB so bring backup discs.  Windy conditions and elevation changes add to the challenge.  Excellent opportunities for safari golf.  There are a variety of shot challenges that keep the round interesting.  Bathrooms and multi-use parks available throughout.  The longest hole plays almost 1,300 feet.  There is not a boring hole on the course, it is very well designed.  Some baskets have rusty chains.  There is no swimming or wading allowed in water, so it;s best to leave lost shots or use a retriever.
